You can cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of ordering; you are never charged.
Every curtain is made to your measurements, and your fabric may already be cut after that. From 12 hours after ordering until your order ships, canceling costs 25% of the curtains' price after any discount (never tax or shipping); the rest is refunded or never charged. Once your order ships, it can no longer be canceled.

Orders we can't make — for example, a fabric that becomes unavailable before production — are canceled and refunded in full or never charged. If a curtain arrives damaged or made incorrectly, see our Return & refund policy.
