This website is operated by The Workroom Company LLC. Throughout these terms, "we", "us", and "our" refer to The Workroom Company LLC, and "the Service" means theworkroomcompany.com and the curtains and swatches we sell through it. By browsing the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Online store terms
By placing an order you confirm that you are at least the age of majority where you live and that the information you give us is accurate. You may not use our products or the site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
General conditions
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of suspected fraud, an address we can't verify, or an obvious pricing error. If we cancel an order, you are refunded in full or never charged.
Accuracy of information
We work to keep every product page accurate. If we find an error in a description, price, or availability, we will correct it and may cancel affected orders before they go into production.
Changes to the Service and prices
Prices and products may change without notice. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order.
Products
Made to measure. Every curtain is cut and sewn to the measurements and options you choose. Please measure carefully using our measuring guide; we make your curtains to the measurements you enter.
Natural variation. Natural fibers such as linen have slubs and subtle variation, and color can vary slightly between dye lots. Colors are photographed faithfully, but screens vary; we recommend ordering free swatches before you buy.
Product imagery. Close-ups of fabric, pleats, and hanging curtains are real photographs. For some colors, the hanging-curtain photos are made from a photograph of the same curtain in another color, recolored to match a real photograph of the fabric. Room scenes and the previews in our curtain designer are digitally created from real photographs to show how a curtain could look in a room: fabric color and texture come from the photographs, while the room, light, and drape are illustrative.
Flammability. Unless a product page says otherwise, our curtains are not treated with flame retardants and are not certified to any flammability standard.
Orders and payment
Payment is processed securely by Shopify, using the payment methods shown at checkout. All orders are charged in US dollars. Your card is authorized when you place your order and charged within 5 days. Orders we can't fulfill are canceled and refunded or never charged.
Cancellation
You may cancel free of charge within 12 hours of ordering. After that, canceling costs 25% of the curtains' price after any discount (never tax or shipping), because your fabric may already be cut. Once your order ships, it can't be canceled. To cancel, email support@theworkroomcompany.com with your order number.
Shipping and delivery
We ship within the United States. Most orders arrive in 2–3 weeks from ordering. Delivery estimates are made in good faith and are not guaranteed dates. See our Shipping Policy.
Returns and refunds
Curtains are made to order and are final sale. If a curtain arrives damaged, flawed, or not made to the measurements and options on your order, tell us within 30 days of delivery with photos and we will remake or refund it. See our Return & Refund Policy.
Accuracy of billing and account information
Please give us current, complete, and accurate purchase and contact information so we can complete your order. If we need to change or cancel an order, we will contact you using the email address or phone number you provided.
Third-party links
Our site may link to websites run by others, such as carrier tracking pages. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Reviews and submitted content
By submitting a review, question, or photo you grant us a non-exclusive right to display it on this site. We moderate all submissions and may decline any that are off-topic or inappropriate.

Prohibited uses
You may not use the site to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, submit false or misleading information, upload malicious code, scrape or overload the site, or interfere with its security.
Disclaimer of warranties
Except as stated in these terms and our policies, the site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you hold under applicable consumer law.
